HCE 2010 drew 560 participants to Eastern Washington’s Tri-Cities Three Rivers Convention Center, with 39 sponsor organizations and 36 vendors who exhibited. HCE 10 succeeded in pulling in a geographically and politically diverse crowd for a three-day immersion into the promise and challenges of making clean energy work for rural business and economic development.
